Kiev has repeatedly complained that weapons deliveries from partner countries had declined

MOSCOW, October 22. /TASS/. Ukrainian air defenses failed to intercept a single Russian ballistic or cruise missile last night, as follows from the data of the country’s General Staff analyzed by TASS.

This is not the first time that Ukrainian air defenses have failed to intercept a single Russian missile overnight launched at military facilities and sites used by Ukraine’s military.

Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky has regularly called on the West to supply new interceptor missiles for Patriot air defense systems. Kiev has repeatedly complained that weapons deliveries from partner countries have declined amid the US-Israeli war against Iran. Zelensky argues that Ukraine must receive interceptor missiles individually from countries willing to supply them.

Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on the morning of October 22 that Russian forces had launched a massive overnight strike against Ukraine’s military-industrial sector involved in the production and storage of cruise missiles, long-and medium-range unmanned aerial vehicles, transport infrastructure in Kiev, port infrastructure in the Odessa Region, and vessels at sea supporting the Ukrainian army’s operations.
