BERLIN, October 18. /TASS/. It is high time Vladimir Zelensky ultimately understand that Europe is no longer able to satisfy his financial claims, according to Alexander Rahr, a German political analyst.

The Europeans are hindering US President Donald Trump’s peace initiatives and "are obstructing them in every possible way, by every possible means, but Europe is simply running out of money to continue supporting Ukraine," he wrote on his Telegram channel. "War fatigue is rapidly growing among European societies."

According to Rahr, the Europeans will try to secure some additional benefits for Ukraine before the Group of Twenty summit, but "probably, they will no longer be able to provide Ukraine with more weapons."

"Vladimir Zelenskyy may still hope for a global anti-Trump shift following the midterm elections, but he should realize that the Europeans are no longer in a position to meet his financial demands," the expert stated.
