WASHINGTON, October 17. /TASS/. The United States receives information about all the actions and negotiations of the Iranian authorities, President Donald Trump said.

"We hear everything they're doing. We hear everything they say. This is classified. We hear everything they say. Okay, I just unclassified it, but that’s all right," he said in Georgia at a rally of the Republican Party supporters dedicated to the November 3 midterm elections to Congress.

The United States and Israel launched a war against Iran on February 28. In June, Washington and Tehran signed a memorandum of understanding providing for an immediate cessation of hostilities on all fronts, including in Lebanon. However, on the night of July 8, the United States resumed large·scale strikes against Iran, accusing it of violating the agreements on the Strait of Hormuz. Later the American administration effectively signaled that it would stop using large·scale military force against Iran and would shift to attempting to economically choke it through sanctions.
