STOCKHOLM, October 10. /TASS/. Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo has told the Yle broadcaster he intends to propose that European countries stop issuing tourist visas to Russians.
"One specific measure that I will propose at a European Council meeting next week is ending tourist visas for Russian nationals," he said.
According to the Finnish premier, Russian citizens should not be allowed to travel freely to Europe as tourists.
Commenting on the detention by Montenegrin authorities of Mikhail Zvinchuk, administrator of the Rybar Telegram channel, and his team, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TV reporter Pavel Zarubin on October 9 that it was dangerous for Russian nationals to visit European countries at the moment.
