MOSCOW, October 4. /TASS/. Ukraine’s military spending planned for 2027 will exceed its total revenues by more than 30%, according to TASS calculations.

Ukraine’s 2027 military spending is set at $108.3 billion, compared with $71.7 billion in its own revenues. Even including proceeds from government bond sales, privatization and grants, total revenues will reach $82.9 billion.

As a result, the draft budget leaves Ukraine needing an additional $25.4 billion from Western sponsors to cover military spending alone. That is about 31% of the total revenues Kiev plans to raise domestically.
