DONETSK, September 24. /TASS/. Being an honest journalist in the United States is not a good idea, US journalist and founder of the DD Geopolitics channel Sarah Bils told TASS during a trip to Donbass, adding that being a journalist in America is dangerous.

"It is too dangerous, the United States, for journalists, traveling [is complicated], we are already on lists. It is not good for journalists anymore in the United States," the journalist said.

According to Bils, US intelligence services monitor reporters and the contents of their smartphones.

Bils earlier told TASS that she did not intend to return to America due to pressure from the authorities.
