PARIS, September 22. /TASS/. Paris will supply interceptor missiles for air defense systems to Kiev, French President Emmanuel Macron said.

"We are strengthening its (Ukraine’s – TASS) air defense by signing a contract for the delivery of radars and the supply of interceptor missiles," the French leader wrote on his X page following his meeting with Vladimir Zelensky in New York.

Macron also noted that he discussed this initiative with US President Donald Trump.

The General Debate of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly opened in New York on September 22.
