WASHINGTON, September 4. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump did not confirm that his special envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner will bring new proposals on the Ukraine settlement to Russia during an exchange with journalists at the White House.

When asked whether Witkoff and Kushner would bring any new US proposal for a settlement in Ukraine, Trump answered in the negative. "No, they are bringing with them a proposal to end the war," he stated.
