WASHINGTON, August 22. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump said he has never seen a happy communist.

"I've known communists. They don't laugh. There're very unhappy people," the US leader told his supporters at a rally in Myrtle Beach, a city in South Carolina, on Friday.

Trump also pledged to defeat what he called a growing communist threat from the Democratic Party at the midterms in November.

In his speech, Trump said he would be happy if rules were changed to allow him a third run.
