BEIRUT, August 18. /TASS/. The strikes on the military airfield in the Idlib province in northwestern Syria were carried out by Israeli Air Force aircraft, Syria TV channel quoted a source as saying.

The source said the attacks resulted in material damage, while there is no information about civilian casualties.

Earlier, AFP said that unidentified aircraft hit the Abu al-Duhur military airfield in Idlib several times. According to Reuters, the runway and storage facilities were also targeted.
