NEW YORK, August 12. /TASS/. A Russian citizen has been detained in the US state of Louisiana, carrying one of the largest methamphetamine shipments in the state’s history, the office of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for combating cross-border crime in New Orleans reported.

"One of the largest methamphetamine seizures in the state of Louisiana: 358.14 kilos (789.56 lbs) of methamphetamine were concealed in an 18-wheeler. Anton Vitalyevich Rakov, an illegal alien from Russia, was taken into ICE custody. The investigation is ongoing," the ICE statement reads.
