TEHRAN, June 27. /TASS/. Explosions have rocked Iran’s southern coast near the Strait of Hormuz, the Mehr news agency reported.

According to its information, the explosion was caused by a shell striking one of the piers in the Iranian city of Sirik, which is located near the Strait of Hormuz.

Earlier, Axios reporter Barak Ravid stated that the US military had carried out strikes against Iranian targets in the Strait of Hormuz area.
