MINSK, June 25. /TASS/. Belarus will stand by Russia's side, come hell or high water, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyev.

"In any situation, we will stand with Russia, side by side," the Belarusian leader said.

"We greatly appreciate that," Vorobyev replied.

"There is no other way. We do realize what will happen if the West starts meddling here again," Lukashenko added.
