WASHINGTON, May 15. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump said he has a very good relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, and that the two sides maintain communication.

"I have a very good relationship with Kim Jong Un. <...> He's been respectful of our country. I want him to be respectful," he told reporters aboard Air Force One.

Trump answered in the affirmative when asked if he had had "any communications" with Kim. When a reporter tried to clarify the details of these communications, the president replied that "it doesn’t matter" and that he wouldn’t discuss it with journalists.
