DOHA, April 1. /TASS/. The National Bank of Kuwait, the largest commercial bank in the country, announced closing of its headquarters on April 1 and 2 amid the current situation in the region.

"In view of the current developments and for the purposes of supporting general security and business continuity, the head office of the National Bank of Kuwait will be closed on Wednesday, April 1, and on Thursday, April 2, 2026," the bank said on X.

The office located directly in the headquarters building "is working as usual," the bank added.
