RABAT, March 13. /TASS/. Six French passport holders were wounded in a drone attack in Iraqi Kurdistan, an autonomous region in the north of Iraq, the Al Hadath television reported.
According to its sources, six French citizens were wounded when a drone attacked a base of a Kurdish militia group. The attack occurred near the administrative center of Erbil, Al Hadath said.
Meanwhile, the Shafaq News portal said the casualties occurred when a joint base of Kurdish units and French forces came under attack. A source confirmed to the portal that "six French servicemen deployed on a base in Erbil were wounded."
