BRUSSELS, March 12. /TASS/. The United States will prioritize the conflict in the Middle East in the near future, which will leave Ukraine receiving fewer American munitions, Politico Europe reported, citing sources.

"It goes without saying that Ukraine will be affected as the US will prioritize national needs" in the coming months, an anonymous official from a NATO country told the newspaper. "Some prices of weapon systems are clearly doubled," a second official added.

Earlier, Bloomberg reported that heavy use of US Patriot interceptor missiles in the Middle East conflict could weaken Ukraine’s air defenses. According to the news outlet, Washington and its allies have used over 1,000 Patriot missiles since the start of the US-Israeli military operation against Iran.
