BEIRUT, March 5. /TASS/. At least five people were killed in the first half of the day by Israeli strikes in Lebanon, the Lebanese Health Ministry reported on X.

"The total number of victims since the start of the new military escalation in the region has risen from 72 to 77, and the number of wounded from 437 to 527," the report says.

According to the Lebanese Interior Ministry, the number of people displaced due to the military operations has reached 91,000.
