MOSCOW, February 24. /TASS/. Relations with Russia hold an important strategic place in the foreign policy course of Vietnam, Vietnamese Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung said during a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

"In our party’s foreign policy, relations with Russia occupy a very important strategic place," he said.

"We want to promote and develop relations with Russia," Le Hoai Trung added.
