The EU foreign policy chief suggested using Russian frozen assets
BRUSSELS, February 23. /TASS/. Top EU diplomats have failed to reach a compromise on a 90-billion-euro loan to Ukraine, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said after the EU Foreign Affairs Council.
When asked whether the European Union has any Plan B on this matter, she said, "We had a plan A, that was using Russian frozen assets, so if that’s now plan B. Then maybe we should work on that.".
