BRUSSELS, February 23. /TASS/. The European Union will ban all those who took part in Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine from entering its territory, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said after the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council.
"We are working to keep potential hundreds of thousands of former Russian soldiers out of the Schengen area," she said.
