BRUSSELS, February 23. /TASS/. The European Union has decided to reduce its mission to Russia to 40 people, European foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said after the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting.

"I have also decided to limit the maximum size of the Russian mission to the European union to 40 people," she said and announced that the top EU diplomats have failed to agree on the 20th package of anti-Russian sanctions by February 24.
