MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. Vladimir Zelensky's entire policy boils down to prolonging the peace talks, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov told TASS.
"Zelensky's entire policy boils down to dragging out the negotiation process as long as possible," he said.
At the same time, the politician noted that Zelensky's refusal to visit Moscow was expected. He had no intention of meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"This was absolutely expected. It is clear that he was not going to go anywhere," Azarov pointed out.
Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov also previously recalled that it was Zelensky who had requested a meeting with Putin, and not the other way around.
