According to Vladimir Zelensky, security guarantees are the most important thing people can count on in this difficult situation

MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. Ukraine does not agree with the approach under which security guarantees would be provided only after the signing of a peace agreement with Russia, Vladimir Zelensky told reporters, as cited by Novosti Live.

"Security guarantees should be agreed before the final decision to end the war. After such a difficult struggle, people have little faith. They need something they can rely on. In this situation, security guarantees are the most important thing people can count on," he said.

Reuters previously reported that the US is demanding that Ukraine first sign a peace agreement with Russia and only then Washington would be prepared to conclude agreements on providing security guarantees to Kiev.
