NEW YORK, January 5. /TASS/. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro pleaded not guilty at a New York courtroom where he was brought to earlier on Monday after being captured in his home country as a result of a US military operation, Fox News reported.

According to the US TV channel, Maduro said as he addressed the judges in Spanish through a translator that he continues to be Venezuelan president.
