BRUSSELS, December 19. /TASS/. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said the 90-billion-euro interest-free EU loan for Ukraine was nothing but 'lost money,' the Reuters news agency reported.
"It’s lost money," the agency quoted him as saying.
Orban assured that his country "is staying out" from European financing of the Kiev government.
