MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. There is indeed no one in the Ukrainian leadership who can currently sign agreements to end the conflict, former Ukrainian Prime Minister (2010-2014) Nikolay Azarov told TASS.
"The best answer was given by Russian President Vladimir Putin when he said that negotiations are possible, but there is no one to sign agreements with at the moment," he said.
Earlier, Putin said that "it is pointless to sign documents with the Ukrainian leadership.".
