MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. A phone call between Vladimir Zelensky and US Vice President JD Vance regarding Washington's peace plan has already taken place and concluded about half an hour ago, RBC-Ukraine reported, citing sources in Zelensky’s administration.

No details of the conversation have been disclosed yet. It also remains unclear whether Zelensky’s statement effectively rejecting the US plan was recorded before or after his discussion with Vance.
