LONDON, November 18. /TASS/. US Special Presidential Envoy for Peace Missions Steve Witkoff plans to travel to Turkey on November 19 to take part in talks with Vladimir Zelensky, Reuters reported, citing a Turkish source.

Zelensky announced earlier that he would visit Turkey on November 19 to "reinvigorate negotiations" on resolving the Ukraine conflict. According to him, Ukraine has developed some solutions that it will present to its partners. Also, in Zelensky’s words, Kiev seeks to resume prisoner exchanges.

However, Zelensky did not specify who he would hold talks with in Turkey.
