A statement issued by the Ma'an news agency emphasized that "Interior Ministry and National Security Force units will begin deployment to areas where forces of occupation are withdrawing in all governorates of the Gaza Strip. They will make every effort to restore order."

According to Al Hadath TV, Israeli forces have withdrawn from several key neighborhoods, including Tel al-Hawa and Zeitoun in southern Gaza City, as well as neighborhoods in the western part of the city and the central Abu Hamid area. Additionally, there has been a partial withdrawal from Khan Yunis in the south. However, IDF spokesperson Avichai Edri confirmed that Israeli troops continue to control the neighborhoods of Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahiya, and Shuja'iya in northern Gaza, along with the Philadelphi Corridor and the Rafah crossing.
