DOHA, October 9. /TASS/. The leadership of the Palestinian movement Hamas believes that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) is exhausted and incapable of resuming combat in the Gaza Strip after the introduction of a ceasefire regime, Hamas Political Bureau member Osama Hamdan said.

"The Israeli army is exhausted and unable to attack the Gaza Strip again," he said in an interview with Qatar’s Al Jazeera TV channel.
