UNITED NATIONS, September 23. /TASS/. The United States has stopped short of joining Ukraine and the European Union’s statement condemning Russia, a TASS correspondent reported.

The statement was read out by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga. A total of 38 countries joined it, including Slovakia.

Moreover, Sibiga’s speech was not attended by any official from Donald Trump’s administration or from the US Permanent Mission to the UN.
