MOSCOW, September 19. /TASS/. The Foreign Intelligence Service of the United Kingdom, MI6, has launched the Silent Courier portal on the darknet to recruit agents, including in Russia, the BBC Broadcasting Corporation reported.

The official purpose of its launch is to ensure national security by facilitating recruitment in the intelligence agency.

On Friday MI6 head Richard Moore is to officially announce the new portal during a speech in Istanbul.
