MOSCOW, September 4. /TASS/. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will arrive with a large delegation at the first Russian-Arab summit to be held in Moscow in October, Palestinian ambassador to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal said.

"Of course, he will come, and there will be a large delegation," the diplomat said, answering a question from TASS.

The first ever Russian-Arab summit will be held in Moscow on October 15.
