MOSCOW, August 31. /TASS/. A series of explosions has taken place near the city of Chernomorsk in Ukraine’s Odessa Region, the TSN broadcaster reported.

An air raid warning is currently in effect for the Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolayev, Sumy, and Kharkov regions.
