MOSCOW, August 31. /TASS/. A series of explosions has hit the cities of Dnepr (formerly Dnepropetrovsk) and Pavlograd in southeastern Ukraine, the TSN broadcaster reported.

An air raid warning is currently in effect for the Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolayev, Odessa, Poltava, Sumy and Kharkov regions.
