WASHINGTON, August 19. /TASS/. Ukraine does not seek a ceasefire as a condition for further talks with Russia, Vladimir Zelensky said following talks in Washington.
"If we demand a ceasefire as a condition for a bilateral meeting, the Russians will accuse us of disrupting talks. We are ready for an unconditional meeting," he noted, when asked if Ukraine insisted that a ceasefire should be declared before talks began on resolving the conflict.
