WASHINGTON, August 15. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump said ahead of his talks with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, that they "get along" and respect each other.

"We get along. There's a good respect level on both sides," he told reporters aboard his plane flying to Anchorage for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The US leaders expressed hope that the upcoming summit will be productive. "And I think, you know, something's going to come up," he added.
