TEHRAN, June 25. /TASS/. At least 627 Iranian residents have been killed and more than 4,870 injured to varying degrees since the beginning of Israel’s military operation on the night of June 13, Iran’s Health Ministry reported.

According to the ministry, the highest number of casualties was recorded in Tehran and Kermanshah.

"As many as 86.1% of the total number of victims died on the spot, while 13.9% passed away in hospitals," the statement said.
