ISTANBUL, May 28. /TASS/. The Turkish and Russian foreign ministers, Hakan Fidan and Sergey Lavrov, spoke by phone and discussed the situation around Ukraine settlement, a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry told TASS.

"Consideration during the talks was given to the latest efforts to end the war in Ukraine," the person said.
