WASHINGTON, March 28. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump is confident that talks on settling the conflict in Ukraine are making progress, he confirmed while answering reporters' questions at the White House.

"I think we're making progress, but there's a lot of ill will between the parties," the US leader said, commenting on the situation in Ukraine.

He also added that he had not discussed with Russian President Vladimir Putin Moscow's alleged purchase of weapons and ammunition from Pyongyang and Tehran.
