Houthis claim to have launched missile strike on Ben Gurion Airport

DUBAI, March 25. /TASS/. Yemeni Houthis from the insurgent movement Ansar Allah have launched ballistic missile strikes on Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, representative of the armed forces formed by the Houthis Yahya Saree said.

"The missile forces of Yemen targeted Ben Gurion Airport in the occupied area of Jaffa (referring to Tel Aviv - TASS) with a Zolfaghar ballistic missile and a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile. The operation successfully achieved its objective," he said in an interview with the Houthi-controlled Al-Masirah TV channel.

Earlier, the Israeli army reported intercepting a missile launched from Yemen. According to a statement from the army press service, the missile was intercepted outside of Israeli territory. An air raid alert was declared, particularly in the Tel Aviv area.
