MOSCOW, March 19. /TASS/. Vladimir Zelensky became a destroyer for Ukraine having built a lucrative business for himself on the mass death of the people, said Viktor Medvedchuk, the head of the Other Ukraine movement and former leader of the Opposition Platform - For Life party, which has been banned in his country.

"Zelensky came not as a government, but as a burier of this country, a predator who wants to sell it to those who will pay more. If such a person comes to power, this is a fatal diagnosis for the statehood," he wrote in a column he contributed to the Smotrim.ru media platform.

According to him, Zelensky has already earned billions from the mass deaths of Ukrainians.

"Zelensky's main crime is that he does not see the mass death of Ukrainians as a personal grief and is not going to bear any responsibility for these victims. He turned the war tragedy into a profitable business for himself, portraying himself, not at all those who died in this terrible bloodbath, as a victim. He foolishly thinks that the more victims Ukraine suffers, the more he will blame it on Russia, from which he has already earned billions, so every death of a Ukrainian brings him morbid joy," the politician said.

Medvedchuk said that even before Zelensky came to power, "the collective West invested billions of dollars in building an anti-Russia" in Ukraine, as well as hundreds of billions in its weapons.

"There is no longer any state of Ukraine, there is an anti-Russian concentration camp, which is called Ukraine only out of habit and misunderstanding," he continued, adding that the "anti-Russia" is a "political cancer growth" that has squeezed all the juices out of the country.

Medvedchuk also said that Zelensky, instead of preserving Ukraine, chose to preserve his power by destroying the state. "Why are the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dying today? For Zelensky, a Jew, to forbid them to speak Russian, forbid them to visit Orthodox churches, for men to be caught like stray dogs on the streets, and for women to be beaten with impunity by military commissars? They are fighting for Zelensky's henchmen to rob them, so that the discontented and dissidents, without any laws, would be imprisoned, tortured, robbed, as it was in Nazi Germany. Why defend this state, which has turned into a concentration camp, a machine of humiliation and destruction of its citizens?" the leader of the movement writes.

According to him, Ukrainians did not see Zelensky as a brilliant reformer or diplomat from the very beginning, but hoped that he would take pity on his people and bring the long-awaited peace.

"But Zelensky turned out to have a heart of stone and no conscience. He profits from the deaths of his fellow citizens and believes that this is his inalienable right. Under him, there was no state left, society was divided into those who have the right to destroy others and those who must die," Medvedchuk summed up.
