PARIS, March 15. /TASS/. Those European countries which will agree to send their troops on what French President Emmanuel Macron claimed to be a military observer mission to Ukraine can do so without Russia’s consent.

"Ukraine is a sovereign country. If it asks for the presence of allied troops on its soil, it will not be up to Russia to decide whether to accept it or not," the French leader told Le Parisien in an interview.
