"Russia, Iran, the DPRK, and China "are working together," so we need to strengthen our relations with diplomatic counterparts, including the US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Australia," Kaja Kallas said

MADRID, March 13./TASS/. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas believes that the EU is neither at war, nor at peace.

She recalled that the new US administration came to power relatively recently. "We are still adapting to their approach, but there is still a lot of work to be done," noted the diplomat in an interview with Spain’s RTVE.

"We are still worried because we are neither at war, nor at peace," believes Kallas. "The governments should make difficult decisions to boost defense spending because when we need it, it will be too late to make those investments."

"Russia, Iran, the DPRK, and China "are working together," so we need to strengthen our relations with diplomatic counterparts, including the US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Australia. We should unite with the "good ones," said Kallas.
