MOSCOW, February 26. /TASS/. Ukraine’s European Pravda has released what it alleges to be the final text of the Kiev regime’s agreement with the US on mineral resources.

The media outlet did not disclose its sources. The document has not yet been made public by any official resource of the Ukrainian government or other state institutions.

The provisions contained in the document align with those revealed earlier by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.

Today, the agreement will be reviewed by the country’s government, and its signing is expected to take place in Washington on Friday. That said, Shmygal indicated that Kiev won’t sign the document if it is not linked with security guarantees.
