WASHINGTON, February 18. /TASS/. The US president's special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, said he will arrive in Kiev on February 19.

"In the evening I leave by train and will arrive on Wednesday morning," he said in televised remarks.

Vladimir Zelensky earlier said that Kellogg would visit Ukraine from February 20-22.

Kellogg was in Brussels from February 17-18, where he held meetings with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte and the presidents of the European Commission and the European Council, Ursula von der Leyen and Antonio Costa. On February 18, the envoy met with Polish President Andrzej Duda in Warsaw.
