MOSCOW, February 11. /TASS/. Emergency power outages are being introduced across entire Ukraine, Energy Minister German Galushchenko said.

Air alerts have been declared almost in all Ukrainian regions. Explosions have been reported in various cities and regions.

Explosion sites

- An air warning was declared almost in all of Ukraine.

- Blasts were reported in the Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolayev, Cherkassy, Poltava, Kiev and Sumy regions, as well as in Sumy and Poltava.

Power outages

- Emergency blackouts are being introduced across entire Ukraine, Energy Minister German Galushchenko said.

- The Ukrenergo national power company also reported emergency power outages, specifying that the restrictions will be lifted "following the end of the air alert and the stabilization of energy system."

- Power went out in a number of districts in the Kharkov Region in eastern Ukraine following explosions, the Strana media outlet reported. According to it, damage to power converters was registered in the region.

- Gas infrastructure in Ukraine was damaged during the air raid alert. Reports on the matter have been received from central and local authorities.

- Head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration Sergey Lysak reported that infrastructure was damaged in the blasts. He specified that electric power lines and a gas pipeline were damaged.
