NEW YORK, December 18. /TASS/. Members of the US Electoral College concluded their vote, awarding 312 electoral votes in total to President-elect Donald Trump, CNN reported.

Trump’s electoral rival Kamala Harris got 226 votes. It takes 270 out of 538 electoral votes to be elected US president.

Results are to be approved during a Congress session on January 6. Trump’s inauguration will take place on at noon on January 20, 2025.
