VILNIUS, December 15. /TASS/. Lithuania will continue training Ukrainian military instructors, Raimundas Vaiksnoras, Lithuania's Chief of Defense Staff, said.
"The Lithuanian army will continue training military instructors both in Ukraine and as part the Interflex and EUMAM international training missions," the army command quoted him as saying.
The Interflex operation envisages training of the Ukrainian military in the United Kingdom, while the EUMAM is the European Union’s military training mission for Ukraine.
Vilnius had trained military specialists for Ukraine even before the current hostilities began. It has been taking part in the Interflex program since the fall of 2022.
